You can find Restore The Fourth’s congressional scorecard, developed in partnership with Fight For The Future, here. It gives letter grades to all members of Congress based on their voting record on surveillance issues. Massachusetts’ delegation includes many legislators with very strong records on surveillance reform (Reps. Clark, Lynch, McGovern and Neal all score A+, as do Senators Markey and Warren). Reps. Moulton and Kennedy currently have D grades on our scorecard, and Reps. Pressley and Trahan are too recently elected to be graded.
